Sales Representative

Brewery Representative 

We are on the lookout for a passionate, organised and sociable full-time Brewery Representative to join our expanding team. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers both locally and nationally as well as generally helping us spread the love for great fresh beer.


·           Manage existing customer relationships while providing excellent customer service.

·           Identification of growth opportunities and generation of new business through prospecting to achieve sales targets.

·           Liaising with production to help develop new beers following customer feedback.

·           Accurate and timely reporting to management

·           Able to confidently attend events and customer sites to represent Dark Revolution

·           Industry networking and keeping abreast of key trends

·           Spread the word of Dark Revolution to thirsty customers aligned to our ethos and values


·           Maturity: You will have fun but remain professional and disciplined at all times

·           Flexible: You will need to fit into the working pattern of a brewery rep (including some evening work and weekends in our tap room or events)

·           People Skills: You will need to build relationships quickly & professionally, providing what the individual customers requires in terms of contact methods, frequency and style.

·           Track record of working at intensity to meet demand 

·           Strong presentation and communication skills

·           Excellent time management and ability to prioritise as required.

·           Attention to detail and takes pride in being organised

·           Working with numbers, commercial terms, and able to effectively negotiate

·           Able to work both independently, and part of a team

·           Minimum 2 years sales or account management experience.

·       Excel, word, CRM system

·       Legal right to work in the UK

What we are offering:

Salary of £26,000 - £30,000 (DOE) per annum plus additional bonus of up to 20% if targets are met.

The job is predominantly based at our brewery in Salisbury although some fully paid travel to visit new and existing customers would be expected.   


We are a small independent brewery based just north of Salisbury Wiltshire. We produce a wide range of modern beers which are sold through our tap room, direct to local pubs/shops and nationally via Distributors.
