Do you have a passion for beer & love people?

Our brewery tap room is reopening in March and we are looking for regular staff to help us out behind the bar initially Fridays 3pm-9pm & Saturdays 1pm-9pm.

Some bar experience would be great, but if not you just need to be friendly, professional & interested to learn more about great beer.

There could be opportunities to work more hours during the week helping in the brewery with canning runs and other tasks should you wish.

Responsibilities include

- Serving customers in a professional, efficient & friendly manner

- Informing customers of different beers available (usually 10 on draft plus lots of cans and bottles) and helping them choose which they may like

- Changing kegs, refilling fridge and continued stock management on shift

- Maintaining a clean and hygienic bar environment

- Assisting with bar set up & clean down

- Assisting in preparation and attendance at events

- Happy to work in a fast paced bar

You will be paid around £10 per hour depending on your experience, other benefits include lots of beer tasters, and regular discounts on beer & merch.

We are looking for 1 person on each shift to act as bar supervisor and will be responsible for the management of the shift. This person will receive an increased hourly rate and will also be put on a personal license course if they do not already hold one. They will also assist with rota's, menus and staff training. Previous management experience, ideally in hospitality would be required for these roles.
